I think that the junior teams at fallon are fine except for that one guy Harv, whats his problem?! I f you ever meet him you'll know what I mean.
It's definitely more than one guy.
There's a wanker that posts regularly at Wal's blog and offers advice as if he was Flintham himself.
They just don't know how to manage the success of the agency they're lucky enough to work. But none of that success is because of them.

I'm a radio producer and I've meet a couple of junior teams from Fallon. One them was actually bitching about Cabral spending his day at galleries and reading art review and when he finally gets to the office he just nicks ideas off of junior teams.
Completely believable of you'd ask me.

whys matt and ian so great to see? (ps. thanks for the list btw... much appreciated).... who good to see at fallon.. maybe someone a little more junior before we see seniors?
Matt and Ian are great because they're super smart, they don't say much but what they do say it totally on the money, its like they can get to the heart of the idea, personally i don't think its such a great idea to see junior teams just because some of them don't really have a handle on what their doing yet themselves. But at Fallon Chris and John are a great team to see.
That's very nice of you anonymous to share that list. It'll avoid many young fellas to reach pedantic inexperienced people.
Also, on the topic of Fallon - I think they are going to change the digital call to action - they are going to start a new trend -who has seen as a CTA 'type IAM online' - I think that is exceptional...
Leave the Fallon juniors alone. You just want their jobs desperately.
Or you're also a Fallon junior jealous of Harv who is getting all the good briefs. Get back to work.
