Interesting link. I saw this a few weeks ago and my wife was convinced it was either a fake or an outtake from a movie or something.
I wonder what the reaction would have been (from YouTube viewers) if it were from a US or UK prison rather than one in the Phillipines.
Hi, I'm from the Philippines and I can attest that this isn't a fake.
Local broadsheets and news programs have verified that prison officials in Cebu City (somewhere in central Philippines) have been doing this for years. It's only now that they got worldwide attention thanks to YouTube.
