Um, without wishing to rain on your parade, i think the 'only 1 left in stock' thing is an amazon tactic - kind of a ruse to make you think you should buy it because everyone else is. this must be the case, it's totally implausible that my book should still be selling out now, 3 years after publication! Maybe I'm wrong... but congrats all the same!
Hey, Scamp it is hear! I am reading it after 3 weeks of waiting... page 54:”British creatives are stunned when they find out that American creatives do all the presenting. So what do the account handlers do? they ask” I’m asking the same because recently I am turned from a creative into a creative presenter :) Excellent book, though. (I wanted to put a second exclamation mark but I know you hate them)
That review I promised somehow passed me by... I will get around to it, although it's been some 4 weeks since I read it... You get two reads from me Scamp ;)
I have your book ordered and in the post. In the meantime, I have been busying myself with an experiment to do with Saatchi &Saatchi's Summer Scholarship and Twitter:

I won't give too much away, but I think it's something that will interest you.
Give it a click, and then I look forward to hearing back from you.
Hey Simon, I just finished reading your book. It's great really enjoyed it, inspiring and full of a lot of truths/realities that have shifted the way I think about certain day to day goings on. I attended award school this year (in Sydney) and heard your talk. The seven categories of concepts helped a lot I always go back to them to change the way I look at the brief.
Thanks! Scott Nolan
PS If you have time would like your opinion on my book let me know.
I finished the book, but I must admit that I love it since the first page. It was kind of love in the first time thing.
The first thing I thought when I closed it with the bookmark in the last page was "well he really is a good creative director. I dont know his work yet, but I am already motivated".
I definitely include it in my "best books to read list!"

Mummy Scamp must be spending all of pension pennies.
I bought mine from an Amazon seller, sorry Scamp, it saved me a few pennies :)
It's a good read though. Highly recommended. Though I'm on page 16 so I guess that makes me biased...
I am still waiting for mine.. but Congratulations! Everything is sold out! Is this meaning that you will leave your blog again?!
Lubomir, hopefully a man with a clipboard will notice there are none left in the amazon warehouse, and put in an order for more.
I've bought it, looks flipping ace.
Thank you.
P.S. After a year's knees up on the profits can you continue writing on here pleaseee.

Ordered mine earlier this week!
I know this sounds a bit scary and cheesy but this book changed my life.
You are excellent!
And I didn't even borrow Ben's - I bought my own. Good stuff (all I had when I was growing up was Vance Packard's The Hidden Persuaders!).

Mine arrived just now. Looking forward to reading it!
Bought it, read it, liked it a lot. Well put together, inspiring and very true on so many levels.
Thanks man!

You're welcome.
It's back in stock today. You're at 56,538 today. My book http://bit.ly/drjbook is at the dizzy heights of 56,122.
A really GREAT BOOK. I am reading it now as i type this comment =D.
Hi All,
Scamp, just got your book and I'm loving it - thanks for writing something "real about the advertising world", is such a breath of fresh air!
But I have a crazy question for the larger group too...
Can a digital producer working at a large ATL agency ever become a creative?
Yes and this is me asking...
Paid more than most! Amazoned it all the way to Australia! Had to back hand Customs!.............Bloody worth it, great and refreshing read.
Now comes the good part.

Tried to buy a copy, but amazon.com still says its pending after 2 weeks... Hope you have a nice holiday, soon.
Bloody Amazon. Their entire business is just a warehouse and a couple of servers. How hard can it be?
Hurrah, I finally got my copy. Work will never be the same again. Thanks for the inspiration!
I just finished reading my copy today, it feels like a curtain has been lifted. Thanks Simon!

As a future copywriter I'm in love with it!
Hey
Scamp
Saying thanks will certainly not simply be sufficient to this sort of clever work and coverage! Keep up the good works.
